View looking over sea was the reason we booked guest room. There were a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and an iron with ironing board provided...
Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

We had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, better that in most places. It had tidy room with a comfy bed for great nights sleep. Everything was nice as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was too small.

The triple room had central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a TV set, facilities worked for us. the location was excellent, just a short stroll away from an elaborately adorned 14th-century tower. it's right by the tram station, public transport, and the market, restaurants, and magazines.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect – just a stone's throw away from the bustling market, vibrant restaurants, and trendy boutiques. It's an ideal choice for those looking to shop till they drop. Secondly, the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even allowed us to extend our check-out time, which was a wonderful gesture. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and value for money offered at breakfast. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the city.
The only minor downside was the occasional Wi-Fi connectivity issue in the evenings when everyone was back in their rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.

The highlight of our stay at Benler Hotel was the breathtaking view from the terrace on the 7th floor. We spent hours enjoying the stunning sea view and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel's location was also ideal, within walking distance to major sights such as Sultanahmet and Highya Sophia. Despite limited shopping options nearby, local shops provided all the essentials. The reception staff recommended Haci Bozan Oglari Turkish delight, which was just a short stroll away and offered fresh and delicious treats.
